Trading Education and Risk Disclaimer

Important limitations for educational content, simulations, and trading-related information.

Last updated: May 12, 2026

1. Education only

Trader Shaper is an educational and training product. The app is designed to help users practice reading charts, understanding patterns, using simulated orders, and learning trading concepts.

Trader Shaper does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, portfolio recommendations, broker services, exchange services, custody, asset management, or tax advice.

2. Simulated trading

Trades placed inside Trader Shaper are simulated training actions. They do not place orders with a broker or exchange, do not involve real money, and do not create real market exposure.

Simulated trading can differ materially from real trading because it may not account for liquidity, slippage, fees, spreads, execution delay, emotional pressure, tax treatment, account restrictions, or changing market conditions.

3. No profit promises

Trader Shaper does not promise, represent, or guarantee that you will make money, avoid losses, pass a challenge, become profitable, or achieve any financial result.

Scores, XP, progress, lesson completion, badges, and simulated trade outcomes are educational signals inside the app only. They are not evidence that you should trade real money.

4. Market data and examples

The app may use historical or sample market data for educational lessons. Historical examples are chosen to teach concepts and may not represent current market conditions.

Past performance, historical patterns, examples, or simulations do not indicate future results.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Before trading or investing real money, consider your financial situation, experience, objectives, and risk tolerance. Seek advice from a qualified professional where appropriate.

6. High-risk activity

Trading financial instruments can result in substantial losses, including loss of the full amount invested and, in some products, losses greater than the amount deposited. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
