Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations work for Trader Shaper. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record.

Trader Shaper offers free content so users can evaluate the app before purchasing a subscription.

2. First payment refund window

If you are not satisfied with your first paid Trader Shaper subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. This 14-day window applies to all users and reflects the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom under applicable consumer protection law.

A refund request should include the email address used at checkout, the order or subscription ID if available, and a short explanation of the issue.

3. Renewal payments

Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable. This is because access continues automatically for the billing period and users can cancel anytime before the next renewal.

We may make exceptions for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental duplicate subscriptions, inability to access premium features because of a Trader Shaper technical issue, or where required by law.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or other subscription management link made available in the app, on your receipt, or by support.

After cancellation, premium access normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

5. Abuse and exclusions

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, account sharing, repeated refund requests, chargeback abuse, violation of the Terms, or attempts to access premium content without payment.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method where possible. Your bank, card provider, or payment method may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Lemon Squeezy may also issue or manage refunds, chargebacks, and disputes according to its payment compliance obligations.

7. How to request a refund

Send refund and billing requests to support@tradershaper.app. You may also use the support or merchant contact link shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
